How it works

    Get in touch

    Email us at hello@urbanmanbarber.com within 140 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Step 02

    Receive your return label

    We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (Australia) or instructions for international parcels.

  3. Step 03

    Ship it back

    Pack the items securely in their original packaging and drop the parcel at any Australia Post location.

  4. Step 04

    Get refunded

    Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 3 – 5 business days.

Frequently asked

How long do refunds take?

Once your return arrives at our workshop, we inspect it within 1 – 2 business days and issue your refund the same day. Funds typically appear on your statement within 3 – 5 business days.

Can I exchange instead of refund?

Yes — let us know in your return email and we'll swap your item for a different size, scent, or product of equal value. We'll cover the outbound postage on your replacement.

What if my order arrived damaged?

Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll arrange a free replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.

Do international customers get free returns?

International customers cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service. Faulty items are always returned at our expense.
