How it works

Every order earns points. Points unlock rewards. No tiers, no expiry games — just a simple thank you for shopping with us.

Earning points

Shop anything on the site. Points are calculated on the product subtotal — shipping and tax don't count.

As soon as your order is paid, points land in your balance automatically — usually within a minute.

Example: a $78 order earns you 78 points.

Browse rewards on your Loyalty page. Each reward shows the points needed and what you'll receive.

Hit Redeem and points are deducted from your balance. You'll receive a one-time discount code to use at checkout.

Paste your code at checkout on your next order. Codes are single-use and tied to your account.

When do my points appear?Earning: Points are credited the moment your order is marked paid. If something doesn't show up within a few minutes, contact us.
Do points expire?Account: No. Your balance stays put as long as your account is active.
What counts toward points?Earning: The product subtotal of paid orders. Shipping, taxes and the value of discount codes (including reward codes) don't earn points.
Can I redeem points on a current order?Redeeming: Redemptions create a code for your next order — they aren't applied retroactively to one you've already placed.
What if I return an order?Earning: Points earned on returned items may be reversed from your balance.
How do I use a reward code?Redeeming: Copy the code from your Loyalty page and paste it at checkout on your next order. Codes are single-use and tied to your account.
Where do I find my member ID?Account: Open your Loyalty page — your member ID is shown at the top. Quote it in-store or in support emails for instant lookup.
Can I merge two accounts?Account: Reach out to support with both email addresses and we'll consolidate your balance into a single account.
